By registering an account on luxproxy.cc ("Website"), You accept all rights and duties under this Agreement. You do not have authority to make commitments on Our behalf.
We will deliver the Services as per this Agreement's terms.
We will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep the proxy services operational around the clock, barring planned downtime or uncontrollable events.
We will handle maintenance and updates to proxy servers and systems to keep Services current and protected.
We will adhere to relevant laws concerning data protection and security in delivering the Services.
You might need to undergo verification processes like identity checks. You must assist Us by supplying required details and access as needed.
You cannot share account access or allow unauthorized use of the Services. Accounts involved in such actions may be suspended.
You are accountable for activities on Your account and must follow applicable laws, including those on data handling, communications, and personal information transfer.
Report any unauthorized account access to Us without delay.
You must not use the Services in ways that harm, overload, or disrupt Our systems or others' use. Attempts to access restricted areas via improper means are prohibited.
For security, access to certain domains like .edu, .gov, .mil, and financial sites may be blocked. We maintain a restricted list ("Blacklist") at Our discretion, subject to changes without notice. To request access to a Blacklisted site, provide Your intended use; We may seek more info and decide within three business days, possibly denying without explanation. You remain responsible for lawful use of any granted access, and We bear no liability for related damages, including indirect or consequential losses.
You pay fees periodically based on Your selected plan. Fees are generally prepaid at the start of each period unless specified otherwise.
Services auto-renew monthly with automatic billing via Your chosen method until cancellation.
We are not required to send regular invoices given the prepayment setup.
Purchases are typically final and non-refundable, except at Our discretion.
A trial offers full Service access for seven business days or up to 1 GB of traffic as described.
Unless canceled before trial end, Services continue with billing applied. Charges are non-refundable except at Our discretion.
To avoid charges, cancel before trial concludes. Access may end immediately upon cancellation, and unused trial time cannot be reinstated.
We generally do not provide refunds for Services once purchased, including for ISP and Datacenter proxies, which are supplied "as-is" without replacements for bans or blocks from Your usage.
Exceptions for refunds include: Accidental duplicate payments for account funding; Service unavailability not due to scheduled maintenance or similar.
Refunds are not available if: Account registration used inaccurate or incomplete data; Services were used for unlawful purposes; You violated this Agreement; Connection speeds fall short of expectations, as various factors affect this beyond Our control; Trial has begun; More than 10 days have elapsed since payment, even without Service use; Payment was under 5 USD.
For ISP and Datacenter proxies, replacements occur only for provider-side technical failures, at no extra cost.
Our proxy offerings do not filter or select based on metrics like latency, risk scores, block lists, postal codes, DNS, or third-party location variances (location aligns with standard IP databases for these proxies only).
We will safeguard Your submitted information, sharing it only with necessary staff or providers for Service delivery. Disclosure exceptions: information already public or legally required (with prompt notice to You where possible). Upon Your request, We will delete electronic records of confidential data and confirm in writing. This duty lasts through the Agreement and two years after.
Services are offered "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for specific uses.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, defect fixes, or absence of harmful elements.
You use the Services at Your own risk.
We are not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or losses of profits, data, or revenue, even if advised of such possibilities.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees You paid in the month before the incident.
This Agreement starts upon acceptance and lasts twelve months or until terminated by notice.
Immediate termination possible for material breaches. Upon Your termination, We may retain half the remaining value. Accrued fees remain due.
We may end immediately if We deem Your use violates laws, third-party rights, or this Agreement.
You will indemnify and protect Us from claims, damages, or suits (including fees) arising from Your intentional or negligent actions or those of Your agents.
You may not imply affiliation with Our Services or use Our marks without written approval. No rights to Our trademarks are granted.
Third-party marks on the Website do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Invalid provisions are severed; others remain enforceable.
We may amend this Agreement without notice or liability.
We may reference Your name/logo in promotions.
